I worked for Elena and Linens 4 You in September 2007. During that time, I was faced with seriously angry customers. I did my absolute best to be nice to every single one of them. I was called every name in the book, I was yelled at, anything an angry customer can do over the phone or in email you name it I dealt with it.

It's extremely difficult to give a customer a solid answer when you yourself have none to give them. I was told several different things about why refunds weren't being processed or orders weren't being processed.

Elena would say she was applying for loan after loan. I'd get phone calls from banks who would tell ME that she was approved for these loans. We're talking tens of thousands of dollars at a time here. She would tell me these loans were to pay me and the other four employees working for her at the time as well as process refunds that badly needed to go out to upset, merchandise-less customers. Nothing ever happened.

In the roughly three weeks I worked for Elena, I managed to rack up roughly $700 in wages that she swore she would pay to me via PayPal. I had given her all of my info including a copy of my driver's license and social security card and my physical address so that she could send me a check if she couldn't figure out PayPal.

I finally had to stop working for her and I'm glad I stopped when I did. I have emailed her several times to find out why I have not been paid yet and have not received an answer let alone a simple response. I am thoroughly convinced I will never get paid and I can be added to the list of angry victims of Linens 4 You.

I am now also concerned that my identity is in jeopardy.

Elena isn't even coming to tell everyone I'm slandering the company anymore which tells me she knows I'm right yet she still won't pay me. Maybe she thinks I'll stop telling everyone but I won't. I won't ever stop talking and telling my story. I've even contacted a very large news station and they may actually be interested. Elena will have to pay me the wages she owes me and then I will stop talking. She's a FRAUD!

Someone else who has filed Rip Off Reports has been paid and yet Ms. Santana continues to send harassing emails and bash this person saying that they are mentally unstable and lying about everything. Well, if we are lying, then why are there 58 some-odd BBB reports and a ton of Rip Off Reports and reports at My 3 Cents all saying the same things? Employees are LUCKY to get paid (I still haven't gotten paid!) and customers have to fight tooth and nail and usually have to file charge backs and things with their credit card companies to get their refunds. I have written to my local newspaper and my local news television stations. My next step is to write to Good Morning America and other such shows. Others have actually already written to the major national shows like GMA so adding my story will help add fuel to that fire and maybe just maybe I'll actually get paid!! There are also threads and posts about this company and the fact that I haven't gotten paid and customers don't get their merchandise on the work at home boards like Work Place Like Home and WAHM.com. Please, if you read this because you Googled the company because you are thinking about buying from Linens 4 You or working for them, PLEASE give it another thought!

I STILL haven't received anything. Not even so much as an email or a phone call, I haven't even received a single dime. She owes me approximately $700. She finally paid one of the other employees who reported her on here which proves that she really did owe her and still owes me. We aren't slandering the company. We just want to be paid!!!! Elizabeth is correct. We are not slandering this company! We are only revealing the truth! I am also concerned because someone named WAHM gril has claimed to have gotten my name and made a background check. She is warning all employers not to hire me! Noe...I have a perfect background so this is not my worry> No one except personal friends and Linens 4 You has my full name. so the question is...how did WAHM girl get mu full name? The only way is that Linens 4 You revealed it to her or....maybe WAHM girl (from Connecticutt) is A.K.A. lines 4 You! Regardless ...someone I do not know has my personal info. That means if the company also has your personal info then be on the look out. This is pretty serious stuff when a complete stranger said they have your full name!!! There is no way this person could have gotten hold of my real name unless Linens 4 You gave it them. In which case...I wonder if I need to be contacting a lawyer now!

This is a collaborator with Suellen to falsify information against the Company. Exactly what I have stated in my previous posts to Suellen's comments. She was unable to get away with it on the employment boards and now wants to slander the company on this website. We are on to you.
