Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I "won" an auction of 9 Insignia Home Theater Systems & 1 other theater system and paid $511.79..only 6 of them worked and were in various conditions...I filed a complaint and was refunded $25.00 for the missing system...I was told that it falls under returns and could be any condition when the 3 systems should have been salvage...their was no concern or remorse in the reps voice...how can a company just take your money and nothing happen to them but if I try that I will go to jail? How are they getting away with this? You can't have salvage items fall in the same category as returns and say they still work. This is straight fraud on their and the company they represent part. I expected to use this as a spring board for a small store and all I got was crap...shipping was more than the price of the auction! At least if I bought it in the street I could have the pleasure of handing out an old fashion beat down to the person who ripped me off. Where is the protection for us? I want in on the class action suit!!

Most of us in the surplus business dealing with them have figured out by now they and their parent company goverenmentliquidation.com have come to the conclusion that they "contribute: to the politicians that let them have free reigh over the customers. your problem is common, and I do agree if any of us individuals did business that way we would at least be out of busineess and more likely be incarcerated
