Lisa L Heiple Chatfield , Vaught, Pierce, Husky Worst realtor on the planet! Does not put property on MLS so she can be buying and selling agent. Tricks you into signing documents that you would NEVER agree to! Has most of her sales go bad because of unethical practices. Cares only about her commission and could care less what happens to the client. Happy Valley Oregon

Lisa Heiple as she goes by today is the worst Realtor! tricking you in to contracts that are not good for the client! I Speek from personal experience. Telling you the contract says one thing but unless you read the fine print( or what she scribbles on the contract later) you will get screwed! In one year alone she had 5 deals go bad all because of her greed . Approximately 2011. since then she has only made a couple of sales . Thank god for the poor unsuspecting victims she has hurt. i suspect she no longer works with an agency because of her horrendous track record? As I was dealing with my litigations I had 7 other people approach me with similar experiences. I don't understand why the State of Oregon has not taken her license?

Lisa and Marie had a life long friendship that ended with this bad business deal. Emotions ran high in this very sad end to a friendship. If Marie could she would remove this post because she wishes Lisa NO Ill will. The lesson here is to not enter into a business deal with your friends and family.

I'd like to respond to these aligactions but there is now A RESTRAINING STALKING ORDER in place to protect Miss Donily from Mrs. Heiple.

8/3/2009 A General Judgement was entered in Clackamas County Courts in Favor of Lisa Heiple Against Anna Marie Donily. 5/5/2014. Anna Marie Donily approached Heiple in a store with a very sincere apology for all of her terrible lies and the legal nightmare that she put Heiple and her parents through in 2009! She claimed it was a tough time in her life & she was desperate. She asked for forgiveness. Her Apology was accepted by Heiple at the time. Heiple's family was very upset with her for even talking to Marie Donily. They warned her that it would not turn out good for her. Donily asked Heiple if she would accept payments from her directly on her judgement. However, Donily didn't make any payments. Eventually her account was turned over to a Collections Agency on 7/10/2014. Since then Donily is making false statements about Heiple and her parents, and all of her family-all over the internet, her facebook and sites like this to hurt Heiple. She even made false statements on a court order to get a Stalking Order against Heiple. The hearing is coming up on 8/6/2014. Sadly our court system cannot teach a person manners-that is a parents job. Anna Marie Donily is commiting slander/libel and perjury & getting away with it. She already has an arrest record & was arrested for making a false 911 call! She reported a fake robbery in progress at the Sunnyside Albertsons Store in an effort to interfer with her boyfriends DUII arrest at the Shari's down the street! This person does not care about morals or family reputation/name whatsoever. However, it is very important to Heiple and her family, which is why I am addressing this post. I pray that this girl comes to her senses before she ends up in Jail or worse. As far as her comments go regarding Lisa's business tactics Lisa helped her get off of the streets. Marie breached her contract when another deal came up that she thought was better because she could legally put her salon in her house. Heiple and her family would have gladly let her out of her contract at any time if she would have just asked them? Instead she lived for free as long as she could and completely destroyed this beautiful home that they trusted her with. She then filed a law suit hoping to distort money by claiming that she was illiterate and that she couldn't read or write. Heiple and her family spend over $50k in attorney fees and court cost. Marie found a guy who would take it out in some sort of trade- so it didn't cost her much $$ to put this honest family through a undeserved legal battle. In the end the truth prevailed and Heiple and her parents were found not guilty on all 3 counts! The decision was made by 15 jurors. Their nightmare should have been over and it was for 6 yrs until Lisa had the misfortune of running into this girl by coincidence at the store & making the mistake of actually talking to her. Now here they go again.
