When useing my laptop about a week ago a white box poped up saying my computer had been hacked telling me all kinds of scarey things that could happen. There was  a number to call to solve the problem-  I called an d spoke to a guy that gave the name Duncun James, who explained the problem and they wouldd have to install software for protection on my laptop.  They had me do things and got into my laptop to do this whch took way over an hour to do.  But they needed to charge me $249.00, I tried to put this threw on my debit card and it would not go threw.  He told me to call the company- they were not open so I called again at 830 AM.  The lady at bank said it would not go threw because the company was from out of the country..  I told her to let one transaction go threw but not more than that.  then asked why I had not gotten my new debit card with the chip in, she said she'd have one send one out but it would take up to 10 days.  Ok cause this guy had my card info I wanted the old card not to work. 

Now yesterday the phone rang  and it was Duncun from the company Live Tech suport, he went on to tell me thes boss said the software they installed was out of date and they wanted to refund my money.  They needed my card info - I told him I no longer had it they should send  me a check in the mail.  He asked where it was and I told him my son took it away cause I was spending money foolishly, he then asked for my checking account info I said son took that also as by now I thought they were the scamers.  He started calling my son "Dumb Mother f**ker" and all kinds of stuff.  I yelled at him and asked him to stop talking about my son like that.  I then asked to talk to his boss or someone higher up than him and he hung up.  I hit redial on my phone and he answered ,told him we were not done talking he then said my money would be returned to bank in 2 days.  that was just yesterday but I duaght I'll ever see my money returned.  Reading reports on this company I can see I'm not the first one with problems with this company.  Think somewhere I saw they were from The United Kingdom.  They really need to be shut down as us older poeple are not up to speed on this crap.  Thank you
