I was building a resume on their site as it was free, but I cannot save it or anything unless I pay the price. So, in order to not waste my work on the resume, I pay the price. That was in January. And I never knew they will ever bill me again as it was not clear if they will.

Just today (March 25th) they billed me again in the amount of $39.80. I talked to their customer service and she told me she can give me a refund in the amount of $29.85 because of the timeline or something. I asked for an email confirmation and in the email it was stated:

.... This email is to confirm that we have credited your card in the amount of $29.85 as of 3/25/2015. This amount is based on the number of days that have passed since your last payment of $39.80...

They charge me today. SO I should have gotten my money in full. But of course they have hundreds of excuses not to refund my money in full.

Beware of them, you will be better off finding a free template on the internet, trust me.
