Living Essentials - Cigarrest Added charges to credit card without sending any product, after sending free samples where I had to pay for shipping with credit card. Vista California
After falling for a 'free sample pay only shipping' from Living Essentials, I recieved two charges on my credit card statement for $99.85 dollars each. The company gave the phone number to cigarrest company, but when I called the number I was first after a 25 minute wait that I had dialed the wrong number, but they would connect me to the correct number (the number I dialed was the number the automated menu give me), of course after another 20 minutes waiting on hold, the line suddenly went dead. I have not recieved any product from these people, nor did I order any product, can someone please tell me how to stop them from charging my credit card account?
