I moved from Miami to Curacao and found Logistics. Did a lot of research but they kept calling saying moving is very stressful and "I have been doing this for 10 years" says Lizzette. I finally decided to go with them and paid $7000.00. It would have been cheaper if I decided to have my belongings not go straight but since I also took my car she recommended to have it shipped straight. It would take max 17 days, although it could have been here in 1 week. But o.k. It took 1 month, the container went of the boat in Port of Spain and I called Lizzette saying you told me it would go straight, Well, my container cruised through the whole Caribbean, when it finally arrived, the shipping company in Curacao was shocked how everything was packed, the car was damaged, lots of my belongings were damaged! Actually, I had things in my car which they had told me was o.k. They had taken it out and had just thrown it in the container, Loose!! I have an email from Lizzette saying "Oh, it made just one stop!" The reason I paid $7000.00 was to go straight to Curacao, otherwise it would have been way less, as I was told.
When I finally had my container they told me I had to claim it with the vessel company although they do business putting it on the vessel not me, I dealt with Logistics. Then they told me they didn't know where that the boat was going around the islands although if you go to the website of the vessel it always makes the same route!!!! And then they are in business for 10 years???? but don't know what vessel they put it on????
I don't recommend anybody to go with this company, it is a total scam! They don't keep their word, I even took insurance through them but that was a total joke, she also recommended that in regards to the car but the damage on the car is not even covered!!!
