Lone Star Subscription Inc. Magazine Subscription Never Came Aubrey Texas
On May 29, 2008, I ordered an ESPN magazine subscription from a door to door saleswoman, canvasing the neighborhood named Jess Radogna. My check for $40 dollars was cashed promptly, but after the 120 days promised no issues of ESPN ever arrived.
I first called CRS, or Lonestar Subscription Inc. ninty days following the transaction date, to enquire when to expect my subscription to begin. After several phone calls, to the phone number on the receipt, I finally got through to someone. The person on the phone asked me for my name and receipt number, then told me that sometimes the subscriptions take a while to process, and it may take a little longer than the 120 days.
It has now been six months, I have called many times only to receive a recording. The recording says to leave a message and that your call will be returned the following business day. I have left many messages and I have yet to get a return call.
