On 09/25/2013 A Lonestar appliance repairman came to my house to repair a washer that was leakine looked at the washer and could not find anything wrong with it. I called back the same day after the repairman left and said the washer leaked again. The same repairman came over the next day and this time found $403.00 worth of repairs. The repairs were made and and 6 months parts and labor warranty was given to me in writing.
A couple of days later the washer leaked again. I called back Lonestar appliance and made them aware that the washer was still leaking. The came back again and this time sent a different more experienced technician to look at the problem. The new technician said a gasget or bellow was torn and needed to be replaced. The bellow was replaced.
About 2 weeks later the washer started leaking again. I called Lonestar appliance back again and explained the issue. They asked me to call another repair place and have them look at the washer and they would pay for the repair once they found it. I called another repair place and they were not sure why it was leaking they guessed that maybe we were putting too much soap in the machine but after putting too much soap in the machine himself he could not get the machine to leak.
I then called lonestar appliance back and sent them a copy of the explanation from the other company. Sears was the other company and they charged me $75.00 to look at my machine which I paid and was never reimbursed from Lonestar appliance. Lilly the Manager at Lonestar appliance said David Ruiz who is the owner is out of the country so I would have to wait about 2 weeks before he came back. She said he would call me. After the two weeks he never called. I called Lonestar appliance back to speak with David and they said he would call me at 4 pm that day. That never happened. I then called the next day and aked why I did not received a call from the owner and they could not give me a reason why. To make a long story short the owner would not take my calls or call me back.
I was given a 6 month warranty that if the washer leaked again all parts and labor will be covered. I do have this in writing. The repair was made on 09/25/2013 and the warranty was good for 6 months.
