I just wanted to upgrade my older equipment. I found this truck on truck paper and emailed about it. It had everything i wanted. Fresh motor, recent trans, and a brand new clutch. I contacted the dealer and a sales guy called me. I told him about my trade and produced all the docs he requested to prove all the work that i put into my old truck. He sent me a buyers order and I in turn sent it to my bank for approval. Deal was approved quickly. Purchase order and all paper work where sent to me via email on 01/29/2016. I signed and emailed back all paper work. I hand delivered the original to the dealership and checked out the truck on 02/05/2016. Truck looked great and I was happy. Was told it would be ready to go once I brought in my trade and the bank funded them, sent lien release and state of OK sent them the title. Bank funded and confirmation was recieved on 02/08/2016 So I took my 2004 379 Peterbilt into the company02/06/2016 to have the driver tech removed and turn in all company stuff and took off lease. I delivered my trade and picked up the new truck on 02/10/2016. Was promised all docs to prove the work that had been done to the new truck. Took forever to get them from them. Truck was in the same exact spot that it was in when I looked at it. I was assured it would pass my companies federal inspection, it didnt. Got it fixed and got it passed on 02/12/2016. Granted now they did refund me half the repair it took to fix it. Where it gets crazy is the title issue. I told them day 1 I would need the OK registration reciept ASAP as I have to have it in order to lease the truck on. Was assured I would have it in a few days. Thats not the case at all. I have been back and fourth with these people on this title issue. I was told on 02/26/2016 that it would be another 30-45 days before they get the title issue worked out on the new truck. Granted on there part they did mail me a check to make the first payment and insurance. But the point is I am a owner operator that has not pulled a load since 02/05/2016 due to I can not lease this truck with out the title reciept. So in the yard it sets at my house as yard art costing plenty and not making a DIME!!!!!

Finally got a response back from Lonestar Truck Group on the title issue on the truck. Lady stated that she called the state on March 2,2016 and said a title was finally issued in the dealerships name. It would be mailed out and should take 1-2 weeks to recieve it, so they can finally transfer it into my name. So another 1-3 weeks without work and looking probably for another contract due to this matter taking so long. They should have never listed or sold this truck knowing they had title issues. I am however finally glad that they are getting some where with it finally. But I will NEVER buy anything from this dealer/group ever again. When the deal was unfolding the sales guy was great and returned every call, when the deal was closed and they got my truck trade and all my money, I meant nothing more to theses folks. They are rude and DO NOT return calls.
