 I have a 2006 wild wood   travel trailer it willl be 6 yrs old in Aug , my husband and i took out the extended warranty on this trailer to cover our Butts should anything go wrong.( we were told it was bumper to bumper at the time of purchase which was not cheap) while camping  7/13- 7/282012 in Ct we noticed that we had a leak in the masterbedroom room.  contacted the dealer  they told us to bring it to them for repair. i told them we still had a week left to our vacation that i would have a local camper repair facility come do preventative repair to stop the leak to further any  more damage which was done, and they recommended the delaer to fix as we had the warranty untill 8/31

we took it to the dealer as they advised us to do, 1.5 hours from where we were and pulled in  to the dealer ship and the service manager could Not give us the time of day. " sorry were busy, we have No time to look at your issues . and it's Not covered by warranty.  i stated this is is the reason we have spent THOUSANDS of $$$ on this warranty to cover stuff such as this.  The main seam on the camper had leaked  and they choose not to help us. said if we left the camper for reapir they wouldn't even be able to get to it for at least weeks when the techs slowed down and the service bays opened some space!  they  longview always has  done the yearly maintaince on this unit and told us last spring ithe unit was in GREAT shape. How well did they go over my unit?

 this dealer mis leads you, scams you into believing what you want to hear at the customers costly expense on the warranty purchase.   the sales manager upon speaking to him stated to us " He was a sales man correct that got you to purchAse that warranty, i stated " yes at the time we baught the camper in 8/2006  well then i guess he did his job you bought it! and he managed a sale. TERRIBLE way to treat customers I will not recommend longview to any family memebers & friends. I have taken the stickers w/ their logo off my trailer  and will not be returning to buy a anything from them in the future.
