loves beauty school they are a scam they charged me 5 dollars a day for days i missed but i was pregnant and had doctor notes an i was charged for days the school was closed for snow days they trick us in to singing for manchester, Tennessee
i started school in dec an found out i was pregnant i was high risk an was out of school alot but have notes from my doctor for every day missed well loves beauty school charged me 5 dollars for every day i missed even days the school was closed for snow days an when they worked on the school we where all told stay home not knowing we would be charged for it i was told i singed a contract agreeing with this but i have yet to see this so called contract this school had one building an a small parking lot when i started and when they received finanial aid they got a new building in the back of the school an a new parking lot an all the teachers have new cars an the teacher over our money now has a new house being built and when i started she did not have a pot to piss in lol
they give us kits an say they cost 1200 dollars an there is maybe 100 bucks worth of crap in them an where does the other 1100 go to is what i want to know or why dont any of the teachers have to go pass the state board test befor teaching there is students that now are teachers an they have new cars also befor the school was acredited it was only3500 for every thing an nows its over eleven thousand and nothing is changed it dont make any sence an i was termanated i took a leave to have my baby an could not find a sitter i asked if my aid would help me pay for a sitter i was told no but other girls there get help evey month cause they have favorites i am on goverment help an have rental asst. i dont have any money an they knew this an they still took out multiple loans out in my name shoot i was in the hospital giving birth when tonya called me an asked to come in an sign more papers
i told her i was about to start pushing an she called back the next day asking me to come in an i was not even allowed to leave the hospital bed talk about money hungry any one thinking about going to this school thing again they will get you in over your head they want teach you any thing cause students are teachers an they wil get fin aid an loans on you then kick you out an keep you money it is a scam an if there is any lawyer out there that would like to help me fight these crooks please look in to what this school is doing i am gonna get a private investagater to wire me befor i go talk to them an have proff they charge for days excused by doctors an court an on snow days i will have justice thank you for reading this hope it saves someone from going to this school cause all your doing is putting money in there pockets an paying for there car an house and ect hope this help thank you an there is seven of us students who want a lawyer we will give 30 percent if we win so if you are a lawyer an thank you can win this email me at (((email redacted)))

Id first like to thank you for taking your time to read this reply to the individuals comment regarding our instituion. I have worked at Love Beauty School for 4+ years and the owner is an incredible woman. She is a christian and not only does she manage the business, instruct classes but she is also a mentor to any individual in our instituiton. Our instructors are incredibly talented and are waiting to train you! Any fees that are charged are listed in the enrollment contract which is something every individual who wishes to attend our school must read and sign. We are required by our accrediting body as well as the department of education to make this information available, and we have always done so. The kits are well worth it and students actually receive everything they need inside the kits. They get everything from combs and tweezers to flat irons and mannequinns. We now offer a 9.7 inch android tablet in some of our kits as well as the book on software. Any time a student withdraws from the institution prior to graduation we are required to charge them the fees that they agreed to and signed a contract for. You can not trick anyone into signing a contract. Students read the information and enroll. They are made well aware of our absentee fees, attending school is crucial to completing.
We offer leaves of absence as well as schedule changes to assist our students in any way however when you miss multiple days without contacting the school we are required to release you also if you take a leave and your out for 6 months and dont return we are required to release you. Students are able to make up any hours they miss before they graduate which allows them to not have to pay for any absenteeism fees. However if you dont come to school we have no choice but to release you. The department of education simply will not pay your tuition to sit at home. Any days that the school is closed this is then automatically calculated in the administration software in order for the individual to not be overcharged and this is then verified. all of our Cosmetology and Nail Technology Teachers are licensed however the state of TN will allow a jr Instructor of any school to teach for a max of 2 years under another licensed instructor. This young lady was actually contacted because she didnt contact us, we also have provided her with copies of every signed document/contract we have from her verifying that all her fees, checks, charges etc were valid. As well as offered her the opportunity to return to school and finish the career she has started. We keep copies of everything on our students for their files and ours as well as provide them with copies of everything.
The school has not and will not ever misuse funding. Its simply not worth it. We are christian based, and have wonderful educators and teachers as well as staff that work extremely hard for what God has provided them. Hard work pays off. If your willing to work, or go to school and complete what you have started it will pay off. It can sometimes be a struggle financially when your just trying to get on your feet but you will make it! Failure is not falling down its not being willing to get back up and finish. Love Beauty School has financial aid available which consist of pell grants, as well as student loans. With the large increasement of students who are attending our institution we have expanded, however this was not done on the fees that students are required to pay for their absentee.
