LPA Search, LPA Search Intl, Lloyd Prescott And Associates, Lloyd Prescott And Churchill Fraudulent Executive Search Firm Clearwater Florida
This company poses itself as an executive search firm. It in fact treats it's employees with no respect, makes them work vigorously hour by hour with the expectations of working overtime without being compensated.
Thier business in which they practice is of the most unethical. Contracts do not mean a thing to them they feel they can change thier employees contracts or any contract when ever they wish with either a hand shake or verbally, so don't trust anything they say. They are in a long battle with their old company, in which they sold to an individual. The law suit is belived to be about a non-compete with respect to the sale of the company. They have no regard for anyone but themselves. They pride themselves on "We always win..." in fact if they won, they wouldn't be losing money.
The Vice President of the company (Dana Ginsberg Hamblin) just sits in her office durning "her" business hours, 10-3:30, doesn't do anything other than play on the internet all day long. She interrupts everyone's work day if she has a bad day. She has nothing else to do but to try to start drama all day long. One of the principles of the company, Shelly Ginsberg, made sure that one of thier employees remembered a statement "Business is WAR!"
This company is unethical in every sense of the word, and I am here to warn everyone who is thinking about working here or anyone thinking about sending thier resume to this company. Do not do business with this company as you will not be satisfied!!!!!!!!!
They collect resumes and do not get back with the candidates. They only feel the candidates are there to pull chains, they contact attorneys and corporate executives stating that they have an opportunity for them, in fact all they're doing is Fishing to find that "one candidate" that is interested and then model thier resume and market them to a company to see if they're interested. And if noone is interested in that candidate they're forgotten about.
