On the date of 12/16/03 I placed an order with LTK for 15 grams of Dextromethorphan HBr, using a money order for $62.50, and I sent the package to them Priority Mail. Also I requested that they send my item back to me Express Mail. I was able to make contact with the company a few times through E-mail, but the final time on 1/15/04 they said that they had not recieved my money order and that I should check with the postal service. Well, I did just that, and finally recieved back from the post office a photo copy of the money order showing me that it had been cashed by LTK on 2/04/04. Upon learing this, I sent LTK an E-mail informing them that I now had evidence showing that they had recieved my order. I waited for a little while hoping to recieve a response, but never did, so on 4/2/04 I sent one last E-mail explaining once again that I would either like my product sent to me or my money refunded. That very day I recieved an automated E-mail response saying that they were experiencing a high volume of E-mails and so it might would take a while to get back to me. And now flash to the present 4/23/04, still no response, but I did visit their web site which stated the following "The LTK site is currently closed. Any orders placed will be refunded immediately. We thank you for your business." So, where are all of out refunds at, huh? After this, I will be writing LTK one more E-mail, informing them that I will be sending them a copy of all the evidence that I have in hand to both addresses and that I would like something done on their part. I too tried calling, which became obviously useless. The only difference between myself and the original person posting, is I sent my order to their older address at: 2001 8th Ave. Suite F Minot, North Dakota 58701
