Like another person on this website, I too signed up for the "free" trial of whitening product which cost $5.99 for shipping. There wasn't any information on the site about getting future shipments as I read all the information before sending for it and there wasn't anything stating that you would receive further shipments at $88.97 each. Also, the free trial offer was under the guise of "Crest". I called the company and was directed to the customer service email of [email protected]. Their response was that I hadn't cancelled within the 20 days but there wasn't anything in the packaging about 20 days and I'm pretty sure that the actual 20 days hadn't passed before they sent the $88.97 shipment. The person that answered the phone at the 866-360-1477 phone number said I had to contact the email address about getting an RMA # to return and get my money back. The email I received back from [email protected] for [email protected] was nasty about my not cancelling and they did not provide an RMA number as requested. If I have to drive to my bank to get this charge removed from my account, then so be it but they are not going to keep my money. I was attempting to find another phone number or contact when I came across this website and decided to report them.
