In Feb 2010, I was contacted by Brian Patron of Luxury Lease and said he would take over my 2009 Mazda lease. I agreed after researching their company and finding no issues, I delivered it myself and signed papers. He saidhe would fax all paperwork back to me cover my gas and my insurance and payments. Months started going by with no insurance and no payments, Dennis Dillon(also ripoff artists) started calling and complaining that my truck had no insurance and payments were not being made. After contact and assurance from Brian Patton that it would be fixed, I started geting calls again. I made contact with Mr Patton again, he got upset that the lease He made with some kid did not materialize. He stated that the truck was in seattle somewhere. I demanded it get taken care if and the truck was to be returned to portland, never happens. I found out mr Patron was on probation and in and out of jail. My truck disappeared again, no payments no insurance. Dennis Dillon finally said they were telling the truck and I was going to be liable. It ended up being found in California vandalized. I caught up with Brian and told him to fix the issue or he was going be sued. I have not heard from him since a month ago when he said he would get an attorney. Now someone keeps answering his txts saying he is in jail. My last txt stated that begets an attorney now or he will end up being sued. Now Dennis Dillon is going to sue me for 10k over damages for a supposed leagal lease take over by Luxury Lease. I am asking for someone to help me before I lose everything. I was just retired from the military for injuries in Iraq and I have no way to protect myself.
