I believe I am savy enough to know that if I had actually won 3 million dollars and change- they would not be requesting a mere $20. However, I am sure that since this letter looks so official, there are hundreds if not thousamnds of unsuspecting elderly people who may believe this. These con artist people need to be STOPPED!
