I ordered 2 sets of Magic Tracks for my nephews birthday in early November. I was notified shortly thereafter that the items were on backorder. I called customer service and waited on hold for 2 hours, so eventually hung up and emailed customer indicating that I would need to cancel the order since they would arrive after my nephew's birthday due to the backordered status. I never received a response from my email so I assumed the order had been canceled. I then was charged for and received the Magic Tracks I had ordered in late December.
I have emailed customer service 3 times to obtain information on how to return the items and have received only one response that said my order was shipped (which I obviosuly already knew and did not address my email). I called customer service again and was on hold for more than an hour. This company says that they offer a 60-day money back guarantee yet offer no way for you to actually initiate a return of the item to get your money back. Worst customer service and fraudulent advertising!
