I am blessed to see an email from you!! This is the first email I am receiving from you. I know that there will be some wear and tear on the brakes and the vehicles, but can you explain to me why the paint was put on the wires so that the corrosion on the battery cannot been seen.
Is this not a corrupt practice you guys are best in. So why in the hell I will bring my junk Toyota to you guys for any other service where I know for sure that when you take the vehicles in for service you do not do the full service you say you do on the check list, but charge the full amount. My last oil change at your station I had this experience where you said that Windshield liquid has been filled but I had to buy an fill it after two days. Can you explain this to me as why any one in this world would get service from you where you do not even complete the basic service.
I trust Mr Joe Body Shop and lube center more that your dealerships. I am never bringing my Scrap Metel Toyota to you as it will get even worse when you guys do service !!

I certainly apologize if you did not receive my email (date and time I sent it is noted below). Unfortunately it did not come back as "undeliverable" therefore I can not explain why you did not receive it.

Dear Mr. P.,
I have emailed you in the past regarding your concern with our Express Lube Service. You felt it took too long to get your vehicle written up. I have noticed you have NOT been back since. Please keep in mind that it is recommended to service your vehicle every 4 months or 5,000 miles and your vehicle is due for an oil change AND tire rotation.
Regarding your latest "customer contact" through Toyota (file # ), I am emailing you to advise you that, unfortunately, I have found (through our service records) that you have been in one time for a battery replacement and only one time for your air conditioner concern; and I have not found that you have been for ANY brake concerns, therefore, I am unsure how I can assist you.
I would like to offer you, if you are still having a concern with your A/C, that you can certainly set up an appointment with myself or the service manager, Mike Latham, and we can have you road test and/or listen to your A/C noise. We will have to go from there.
As for your brake concern, it has been been over a year since your purchase of the vehicle and will need to charge you for a brake inspection. I am not showing any comments that you had brought the vehicle in for a brake concern. It is very possible that you may need brakes, a brake adjustment or if it's a brake noise, it very well may be normal.
Please contact either myself or Mike for an appointment with the shopforman regarding your air conditioner noise.
Thank you. >Lorinda >Customer Relations Manager >Parts and Service Departments
