We bought We ordered a SpotEraser Pro™ - Remove Tag/Mole/Tattoo on Skin - 35.00usd We received the product 1 month and 3 weeks after. And the product is defect. We requested a refund and since we tried to contact the company. Email exchange on Nov 24 - 25 - 28 - 30
Irina V.: Dec 3 - 5 - 7 - 8 - 10 - 11 and 12 and Live Chat. We alsways receive the same canned reply and still no refund. We requested refund since the day we received the good and also asked the company to provide us return labels to return the product.
