I have read the complaints about you and once looked at your work. But now will not consider you because of your poor business practice. The money that a client gives you should be the money that goes towards the album, not future sales. I have a business of my own and if I know I am strapped, that money gets set aside for my customers order so they can be sure to get their product. Hopefully you learned your lesson but I hate to say, you probably ruined your rep for life.

Please allow me to explain: In over 10 years in the wedding industry I have a total of 5 complaints. All accruing at the same time. The complaints were not about my Photography, they were about receiving their album. Everything else has been provided to them, and the offer still stands to do whatever it takes to make them happy, until the books come in. I am not blaming anyone for my mishap, as it was fully a bad mistake on my part. I hit a hard time, and have yet to be able to recover. Let me explain why. The Internet is a powerful tool, and to make an error in business, it is an easy way for people to strike back. The part you don't quite understand is, if negative post weren't made, this situation would never have come about. You see, by preventing someone from getting business, makes it next to impossible to fix what went wrong. The profits from new business would have taken care of this a long time ago. As far as starting new businesses, the money tree in the back yard is not producing. All work done on new internet businesses has been done off of hard work, not money out of my pocket. It is a valuable service to people, as well as gives me the opportunity to make good on my wrong doings. Which is FIRST and FOREMOST!!! So I ask you, allow me the chance to make good, before going forward in bashing me. I am human, and made mistakes that I have owned up to and am doing all I can to rectify. I know it has taken a long time, but I will not stop till ALL are completely satisfied. I have never wronged anyone, and for this to have happened, truly bothers me. Once in a lifetime events like this should be cherished, and due to my own mishaps I have tarnished them. I am SO sorry, and everyone will get everything and more that I promised. I'm sorry you had to go elsewhere for you photography, and hope for only the best for you. Photos are a major part of your wedding day, you should feel confident you are choosing the best person for the job. I know, by the mistakes I have made, the confidence level in me is low... I will fix that in time, for people deserve to have the quality of images that I provide, without the worries.
