Manuel Sosa Manny Sosa, Dr. Charleston Carll These guys are SCAM ARTISTS renting out FORECLOSED HOMES and stealing THOUSANDS from unsuspecting renters!! Saint Augustine, Florida
Manny (Manuel) Sosa, Dr. Charleston Lamar Carll, Adriana Tafoya - these people are SCAM ARTISTS who are renting out foreclosed homes in the upscale neighborhood of PALENCIA that THEY DON'T EVEN OWN!
They are then collecting THOUSANDS from unsuspecting renters UP FRONT. After the renters give them the thousands required for move-in, these people then RELENTLESSLY HARASS their renters to NO END. This harassment results in - guess what? The tenants being so scared and frightened by these low-life criminals that they have no choice but to leave their thousands behind and MOVE OUT! This is EXACTLY what these guys want...then they can RE-RENT the house and DO IT AGAIN to someone else!
Harassment tactics include: constant harassing text messages and phone calls, threatening emails, demanding rent early, demanding additional rent for no reason (to support their drug habits), refusing to make repairs on existing problems in the home, approving repairs and then refusing to allow tenant to deduct from rent, demanding constant inspections, tampering with utilities, stealing personal property from homes, calling police on all tenants for no reason and making fraudulent claims.
DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!! No Matter how good their offer seems up front, no matter how nice the house seems to look (for the price!) it is TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE!! YOU will end up losing THOUSANDS and THOUSANDS of dollars, and then, guess what? You will have to pick up and move again!
