I knew Mark a while ago when he ran Washington Mortgage Company.
Unfortunately, your experience will most likely only gets worse. It was well know among his co-workers that he was investigated by the State of Michigan for various counts of loan fraud. I believe that the State eventually shut down his business. Then Mark turned on his loyal partner, Steven B Ruza, and tried to pin all the fraud on him. In summary, many people lost their homes due to Mark Goldman's nefarious actions. I wish you the best of luck. Mark has a fondness for fire arms and he was known to have temper tantrums by punching office walls. Check out the charges listed against him recently in Arizona. Hopefully the past will catch up with a person like him.

Three months have passed and Mark is still hiding behind his realestate / lawyer background. His past due rent now exceeds $176,000.00 In addition attorney fee's exceeding $65,000.00. He can run but he can not hide. I have learned of his background in Michigan. I have had contact with previous victims. I will follow this case and prosecute him to the fullest extent of the law. I will not let this happen to another unsuspecting person. Things will be heating up soon as we move forward. I will keep you all informed.
