MARK LOWERY AND SONS CONSTRUCTION EXEMPT & hired men and didnt pay minimum wage/ & stole material ripped off customer GRESHAM Oregon
Mark Lowery employed me for several months. The ccb came to a job site and Mark black maled me and told me to take the hit and say I was a non licensed contractor, or he wouldn't pay my father and I for the previos house we had done. I reluctantly lied to the ccb and took the 1000.00 fine that he insisted he would pay. I had a lead for a job that was 37,000.00.
I agreed to work for 18.00 per hour did the entire house with his son and my father in 6 1/2 weeks and he paid his own son @ 5.00/hr and didn't pay my father a penny and only paid me a little over 4.00/hr not including several 7 day work weeks well over 50 hrs. My recourse was filing a labor lein on the home and I couldn't do that to the home owners.
I can provide the home owner info and they have agreed to back me up. I now have a hit at the ccb i'm trying to get removed, I cant afford to pay the remaining 800.00 he never paid, now its going to collections and I have 4 children that have paid the price for a terrible Christmas. BEWARE this guy really is a crook.
