Tom tersigni, Mark Young and Randy Lape... Stay away... They charge up front fees and do not do anything. They have files against them with multiple agencies. Mark Young filed bankruptcy to try and avoid paying people back. Run and hide. You can contact the Florida Attorney General, Secret Service, Hillsborough Police Department. They will be more than willing tot ell you about the scame these guys ran... When the FBI or IRS is done with them you will most likely find them somewhere else....

To whom it may concern:
The author of this report attempted to ruin our lives. They should be ashamed. We were investigated and they found no criminal charges. They then filed a civil suit. It was a horrible 4 years and very costly. In the end I could not afford our attorney any longer. I ended up trying the case Pro Se, and a verdict was found unanimously in my favor. This means not one single of the 8 jurors believe the author's story when the facts were laid out. If you're looking to do business with me, feel free to ask for the court's verdict.

Lape and his partners are morally corrupt - period. Lape's own rebuttal is false. An investment was made with the complete understanding that the invested funds were to be held in escrow - this is a fact. Another fact is that the Hillsborough County Police confirmed that the wired funds to be held in escrow were almost immediately withdrawn (all of it) by Lape and his thievery corp. Nice rebuttal Lape....you and your crew must really have a seered conscious. You reap what you sow in life......should be pretty humorous to watch you fall.

As everyone knows that handles commercial loans, there are almost always application fees to package and submit for funding large commercial projects. The packages are very compliacted on projects that are 50 million or more in funding request. These loans are not funded over night and can take from 6 month to 2 years depending on the project complications. The author of this report has no patience and pulled out in the middle of the process. They got their committment letter and everything was moving forward with the lending platform that is still in business funding commercial loans as I type this rebuttle. After time passed, many man hours and constant communications, site visit and other work had been put into the projects, they wanted a refund. These were application fees and at no time was the word escrow ever used nor were the funds ever put into an escrow account. Claims were made with the Florida Attorney General, Secret Service, Hillsborough Police Department, FBI, IRS and anyone else that is obligated to listen and follow through with investigations. After a quick investigation, all claims were deemed false and all cases were closed due to no evidence and no proof of wrong doing. This author is doing nothing but trying to cause problems because they are ignorrant in the commercial funding process. Feel free to contact any of the agencies named in his claim or in my rebuttle.
