I too was ripped off by this Matt Flynn and Meshhats.com. I ordered a hat from their website and did not receive it after 3 weeks. I contacted them via email and attempted fax but received no response. My order was processed and money removed from my account but I never received the hat. They also send an order status link, which was empty.
I want my MONEY back!

Actually, I NEVER received my hat. I appreciate your attempt to make your "company" look better -- ONE YEAR LATER -- however, that effort is futile.
I stand by my original report that this Meshhats.com organization is a rip off. I attempted emailing the address listed on the site at the time AND the confirmation email I received -- no response. Perhaps if you have other addresses listed on your site and confirmation emails that do not work, as you claim, you should remove those and replace them with working addresses. I would assume that is a fairly standard good business practice.
I filed claims with my credit card company and thankfully was reimbursed THROUGH them for the money I lost on the hat.
As an avid online purchaser and business person myself, I repeat to fellow consumers: Do NOT purchase ANYTHING from this company.

HI, I am sorry that you did not receive your order in a reasonable amount of time. We do get a lot of orders per day, and at times, one might get left behind or even lost in the mail. We do ship approximately 40 orders a day, that is 1200 per month, 14,400 a year. We do get about 5 complaints for never received order per year. So that being said 13,395 Customers per year are happy!!! That is a pretty good success rate I think and why we are rated a 5 Star store by Yahoo. We have been a Yahoo store now for over 10 years with very few complaints. Every order gets a email sent to the consumer with a tracking number. If you do not get this email, please look in your spam folder because this email is sent to you directly through Yahoo. You can then track your order via the link to the US Post Office website. The only email address on our website to contact us is at [email protected] . These other email address may still be on the site somewhere but the email address posted on our store policy page is [email protected]. Did you ever receive your order? We actually have a system in place that shows us when a customer receives their order. We can see if one does not. If a customer does not receive their order, we ship out another package to them and try to recover the first lost package from the Post office. I really do apologize but this is a mail order business, only successful because of our low overhead, we keep employees to a minimum to survive. I understand you are frustrated and felt the need to post a damaging compliant on a website like this to handle it. Please use the correct email address on our website and we will respond and be more than happy to send another package. I also believe that you did eventually get your order so if you did, please kindly remove this complaint. The majority of consumers never remove their complaints once solved.
