I BROUGHT MY CAR TO MATT'S ON 02-25-10 FOR TRANSMISSION REPAIR, HE SAID IT WOULD TAKE 3 DAYS. ON 02-27 I GAVE HIM $900, ON 04-01 I GAVE HIM $200 MORE. HIS QUOTE WAS $1325. HIS PHONE IS DISCONNECTED, WHEN I GO THERE, HE IS NOT THERE MOST OF THE TIME AND HE WILL NOT ANSWER HIS CELL OR RETURN MY VOICE MAIL OR THE MESSAGES I LEAVE IN PERSON AT HIS SHOP. THE FEW TIMES I HAVE SEEN HIM, HE KEEPS PUTTING ME OFF AND GIVING ME A NEW COMPLETION DATE. IT HAS BEEN OVER 6 WEEKS. HIS CELL NUMBER IS 405-618-2176. I DO HAVE A RECEIPT FOR THE $1100.00.
I EITHER WANT MY CAR FIXED WITHIN A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME, OR I WANT MY CAR, AND ALL PARTS IF NOT ON THE PREMISES BACK SO I CAN TOWE TO ANOTHER REPAIR SHOP AS WELL AS THE $1100.00 I HAVE GIVEN HIM. I DO HAVE A RECEIPT FOR THE $1100.00
