My guild paid for 1 year ventrilo hosting with maxfrag and after 2 months the service went down. I submitted a support ticket which was ignored, My only recourse at this point is to get the word out about maxfrag's dishonest practices. I've already contacted ventrilo.com and the company they use to resell from. Darkstarllc which according to ripoffreport has quite a few complaints also. Stay away from maxfrag at all costs!

MaxFrag is not going out of business. Far from it. One individual is going around posting the same slanderous comments without giving us a chance to solve his problem. We have yet to receive any information about him. I urge him to contact us so we can solve any dispute he has. If their was a misunderstanding and he is owed a refund, we can certainly do that. We cannot fix this problem if he doesn't let us.

Not sure what's going on with maxfrag lately but there's been a alot of talk about scams. I've heard they're going out of business and trying to scam as many customers as they can before they go under. Buyer beware!! Ventrilo has already been notified and darkstar who they resell from and are just as shady if not more!

We have searched high and low for this customer, or any customer in that particular city, and we have not found them. However, I can tell you with confidence that if we did manage to suspend a server and a angry client submitted a ticket, we would get it going right away. We would not turn away business or rip off our customers.
