I am really appalled by these statements. First, I sanction none of these things in my organization, nor do I tolerate these actions by my subordinates. And, in the past when policies have been broken, actions have been taken.
I have an an open door policy and always have. If any "facts" stated in the statement were brought to my attention, and I hope they would have been, I would have taken action. Nor do I ever punish an employee for bringing issues to me.
I want my employees and customers treated well, and I go to great lengths to make that happen. My door is still open, if the employee is still employed by me.

With the attitude of let me work or I am going to rob your a** you sound like you may be better suited for a job at your local DQ.
Oh and I'll give you 3 guesses(because I think you may need them) as to what DQ really means in your case.
