12 days to process a Dr's authorized refills. - When I questioned via email why it took so long, I received the "This is how you check your order status" instructions. I replied that I know how to check my order status and you did not address the issue which was "Why did you take 12 days to process after receiving my Dr's authorizations?"

I received another email stating that they would look into the matter and let me know. Well a full month has gone by and still no answer. I sent another email informing them I was not pleased, and the only reason I am using the mail order service at all, is because MEDCO made it a requirement or I pay full price for my maintenance prescriptions.

I take several medications that cannot be stopped cold, just because they failed to process them in a timely manner. I did not want to do business via mail order due to similar problems with previous mail order services. I have filed a complaint with my companies benefits dept and have not heard a word from them either.

Be very careful if you forced to follow this type of process - these companies make it a requirement, then give terrible service and no support
