Media Monster or Skydvd as they are known... My Order Number 4706. I ordered a box set of Cheers DVDs for $90, I had email contact with them before delivery, they seemed OK but once the discs arrived, they looked like they had just been burned, 40 discs labelled Disc 1, Disc 2 etc no inlay cards saying which episodes were on which disc... When I tried to play them I was surprised when the didn't work, episodes froze, some discs would not play at all?
I complained via email, they eventually responded asking what I wanted, I explained and they sent me an address to return to, which I did, recorded delivery, I have the signed for receipt in Canada but no refund was forthcoming... I've emailed them twice a day since just to annoy them, they have not responded to any email since.

Their address is Media Monster, PO BOX 1083 Mississauga, Mississauga, Ontario, L4Y 3W4, Canada

If I  was you I would email them to say that i would start charging them a certain amount per month and backdate it to when you send the dvds back and the cost of the dvds you brought and the cost of postage and packing.  then send them a letter with an invoice for the cost.
