Hi, I again am sorry for this and at Meineke we want to make sure you find resolve. In your comment I did not see where you tried customer service and I apologize. I only saw you call the shop directly. On our website we have a forum for you to leave feedback, if you haven't already. If you don't mind leaving your email on here I can contact you directly but I understand if you don't want to due to privacy concerns. Hilda you must have not read my report! Before I even wrote the complaint I have called the customer service number several times and Customer Service has been no help and not responding. Hilda I know you are just trying to make Meineke look good by providing me with your phone number which is of no use or help, but at LEAST have the decency to read my report before you comment on it. Again what a Joke of a company!
