MetroPcs/Rebates REBATE Ripoff Dallas, Texas
I purchased two metropcs phones at Brandsmart early Nov 2011, completed my rebate paperwork in compliance with rebate rules. I received a confirmation email with rebate reference numbers Nov 18th 2011 for rebate that ended December 31st 2011. The instructions stated something like 6-12 weeks. I tried tracking the status of my rebates on December 5th, only to here that I did not meet the rebate deadlines.
I immediately contacted the rebate center via web chat and they assured me it was a mistake and that they had received my paperwork and to wait 4-6. The status of the two rebates were changed to approved during this particular chat. Weeks went by I still heard nothing. February 2nd, 2012. I was told the same thing and that I should contact the resolution center in 10-14 days. I did so and they verbalized to me on March 15th, 2012 that my rebates would be mailed out on April 27th.

Denene ****: I was told that my rebates were being mailed out on March 16, 2012 that my rebates would be mailed on April 27, 2012
