Metrowellness Dr. William Cohl This Dr. does not pay his 1099, contract employees ie" massage therapists, nor does he send a 1099 for tax purposes. Lilburn, Georgia
The DC of Metrowellness of Lilburn, GA, still owes a licensed massage therapist over $1000 for work done last year. He was asked for a 1099 for taxes that he didn't send and has promised to pay this balance, but has not.

This is clearly a false and fabricated claim since this particular practice did not have contracted employees at any time. There were rooms that were rented out to independent practitioners. Those practitioners were responsible for their own taxes. Paperwork can be provided to prove that this LLC did not have anyone listed other than the owners.
