Mr. Hayes' estimated child support delinquency is now over $39,000, not including any monies owed for compensation of court-ordered medical insurance coverage of his daughter for the last decade.
Yet, he still eludes not just myself, but several municipalities in the state of Arizona. Known municipal fine defaults in Phoenix and Scottsdale Arizona.
Michael, your daughter is almost 18 now and she can't remember what you look like or what you sound like. You missed out on her growing up into a wonderful, smart, caring young lady.
Party on, dude. You will not be missed.

Well, he's now in arrears over $25,000 and the AZ Department of Economic Security (sort of ironic if you think about it?) won't lift a finger unless all rights involving any recovered monies are signed over to them (cannot pursue other avenues independently, and any monies recovered automatically revert to the state for their troubles (instead of making the deadbeat responsible for any incurred costs during the time of non-payment?)). He hasn't been arrested in over 2 years now! (not bad, huh?) The city of Peoria, AZ requires an in-person visit to access court records, which is really bordering on the verge of unlawfully restricting access to public records, but will grudgingly hand over requested records after making the trip in person. It seems the drug paraphernalia charge was not a minor incident. The police report cited possession of hypodermic needles.

I forgot to mention, check with your state guideline but in a lot of states this amount would qualify for a felony child support warrant which is usually taken more seriously than a regular warrant as far as picking him up and jail/prision time. Most FOC offices fail to tell you that and each state amount may differ, so check first and then go to the Prosecuting Attorney's Office in the county the case is through, after you have docuements showing his arrearage amount and tell them that you would like to file a felony child support count against him. Remember, keep on their butts and the FOC butts, and the Parent Locator Unit that I think every Friend of the Court has or at leat each state.

I'm a little confused! Your post is about a man but by a man. Are you either one of the children this is owed to, a current spouse of the one that is owed, a relative or please don't be offended and this is in no way an accusation, an adoptive male parent of a male parent who is not paying. Which ever case, make a pest of yourself with the FOC this case is through until they no you and your case personally or contact your Governor's office and do the same thing. Good Luck.
