Micro Gems.net two magazine subscriptions never filled, credit card charged for both! Bakersfield California
I ordered two US Weekly subscriptions as Christmas gifts. My credit card was immediatley charged for both. I placed this order because the web site gave numerous reasons why I could be confident that they were legit. It said 100% satisfaction guaranteed. I used my confirmation number to check the progress of my subscriptions after they were submitted and every time, it simply said "ordered." It clearly said that weekly magazines should be received 6 - 8 weeks after ordering, but after 9 weeks, the US Weekly subscription service had no record of the orders ever being placed. I have now read numerous reports of this company doing the same thing to other people. I tried the email address listed on the site, but it was immediately returned. I tried calling the three phone numbers listed for the company, and each went to an automated message. None of my messages were returned. I believe the name associated with this company was Michael Jaeden (sp?).
