This guy Charlie is nothing but a dirt bag. Unbusiness like attitude. Will tell you what you want to hear and when you turn him down..... he squeals like a baby and uses vulgarity to the max. Then he will continually call your business and harass you. He will continually fax you blank sheets just to tie up your fax machine. Very immature person (animal).
