First of all, that "debt" is long past statute of limitations and is legally UNCOLLECTABLE. Each state has its own SOL. Second, the original "creditor" is in no way involved here. That "debt" was most likely sold many times and probably this last junk debt buyer paid 1/10th of a penny on the dollar for it, if that. That is the definition of a JUNK DEBT. NEVER speak to these crackheads on the phone. Demand everything in writing, then send a CEASE COMMUNICATIONS request as per the FDCPA provisions.

The 1865.65 debt was bought off the FCNB-Spiegel accounts from that train wreck of a company. Midland has inherited their problems and trying to collect.
