Midtown on Main street Ignorant, Dirty, Floods, Overdraft Fraud, 3 hour emergency response, Trashy, Rude, Not Willing to Help Mesa, Arizona
I have lived at Midtown for a year and a half. I have had the following issues: 2 major floods, No help for over 3 hours both times. I asked for a Do Not Enter and they illegally entered my house 3 times. Ruined carpet, mold, dealing with negligence to fix problems, building lights always going out, electrical problems, very very rube front office workers, especially the manager (her name begins with a D), got charged a late fee for over the holidays when the bank was closed and called Saturday a business day...? Ultimately this is the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. I suggest everyone shy away from this hell hole. They did not even put us up when our apartment flooded, nor reimburse us for the ten days we were left without a home. Not a phone call...no reimbursement for our thousands of dollars of stuff we lost int he flood. I HATE MIDTOWN ON MAIN STREET IN MESA!
