Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
In Mid-July, I received a call from a guy who gave me his first name but did not identify the company from which he was calling. He used my first name even though I didn't give it to him. It's likely that he called our front desk and asked for the person who orders supplies.

He struck up a personal conversation and acted as if we'd done business before. He was very jovial and low pressure. He asked me about any light bulbs I might need to re-order.  I was, in fact, getting ready to order light bulbs from a local company so I thought it was rather fortuitous that I received the call when I did.

I gave the gentleman on the phone the part number and he said he'd send out a case of 12 right away. He didn't ask for my address or billing information but said that I would receive a call from someone else so they could verify (or update) my contact info so they could send me a catalog and a small thank you gift.

A couple days later another fellow called and was less friendly. He gathered my contact info and said he'd be sending me a gift. I never saw the box of bulbs come in but someone signed for the box and someone else used one of the bulbs.  Then, just today, my boss asked me about a case of bulbs that cost $600.

I figured it was some kind of mistake as there is no way I would order a box of 120 light bulbs.  We might use maybe 5 or 6 a year. I searched around the office and found the box. It originally contained 12 bulbs.  One was missing (already used by another employee).

When I looked at the contents of the box, it looks like junk you would find in a dollar store. Very low quality bulbs with blurry printing on the box and no safety or manufacturers information listed anywhere. Just a crappy stamp "Premium" on the bulb. There is no way on earth I would ever order a $50 bulb when I can cross the street to the hardware store and buy one for $5-10.

We have never done business with this company in the past and will never willingly do business with them in the future. They are a complete scam company and should be investigated by the authorities. If it were up to me, I would not send them a payment at all.
