Migration Expert Australia Fraudulent Marketing - Worthless Services New York, NY Internet
I paid more than a hundred dollars to "Migration Expert Australia", a so-called "Australian Visa Services" company, so that they could help procure my tourist travel visa.
Their website advertises a "Streamlined Application Process". They were supposed to collect my travel documents and lodge my visa application with the Australian Embassy on my behalf. Or, at least, that was what they represented with their marketing. But they never provided any services that were of any value to me.
They advertised themselves as an "Australian Visa Services" company. Their website advertises "Instant Processing". Yet they never helped process my tourist visa. All they did was send me a couple of boiler-plate PDF documents with scant visa application instructions. Nothing more!
The documents were just pointing me to websites that are publicly available and widely known. They were asking me to read the visa checklist document provided by the Australian Immigration website.
They were supposed to tell me every step that I have to take - not just point me to the Australian Immigration website where I could read the instructions for myself. But that was all their boiler-plate PDF documents did: repeat the instructions on the Australian Immigration website, or point to sections of the Australian Immigration website.
In the end, they provided no service or info that I did not already have!
They did not give me any travel visa info that I did not already know!
They have not provided me with any info or service that could save me any time or money.
Migration Expert Australia is a complete fraud! And they ripped me off!
