Starting from the salesman you will be lied too. Many cars are not stickers so you can not verify what you are being told. Then when you agree on a price they write it on paper and have you sign forms that they tell you are to release your trade. They steal your trade because the add it back into your financing in full. Your paperwork they tell you will come from the bank. Meanwhile they take the forms you sign and change the figures. The owner is a complete aware of the behavior and encourage it. One of his workers verified they add back all the traded value not giving any credit to the buyer. Go down south to Jacksonville and warn people you know. I was warned by the bank after the deal that this dealer charged me well over 10,000 in profit not counting my trade in. The owner said he doesn't care if anyone posts their experience because nobody reads reviews anyway. Please do not let this happen to you. No where in the world is there a base model car sold for 27,000. Kia corporation should revoke the ability for this man to represent their brand. Mike Murphy Kia makes KIA look bad. I had been ripped off and lied to and mislead now I. In a big mess. Worst mistake trading my car to them and now I have to buy it back and they got the new car back in less than 24 hours. No protection for car buyers.
