This is a survey company of which I have been a member for many years. This company repeatedly ignored my support query emails for months. I was missing a survey credit and waited nine months.
When they finally did reply after repeated attempts by me to reach them, they were rude. They didn't apologize. They look a long time to credit my account.
Then, when I cashed out, they gave me $9 instead of the full $12. This may seem like nothing to many people, but I am struggling and I take every penny seriously.
After this happened, they deactivated my account without permission and without informing me. When I tried to gain access, I got error messages to this effect and I contacted them.
After a series of unhelpful, rude, and off-point replies from them, the issue was still not resolved. I'm testing two products through their company for which I have not yet been paid because the testing period is still ongoing.
They denied this, which is a lie, and that is fraud. They would not reactivate my account until I threatened legal action. Suddenly, my account was accessible (I had done nothing other than email with them). Now, all of my credits are shown as zero. I'm missing that $3. And they have edited (removed) the surveys in my history that are relevant to my pending credits. This is also fraud.
I now have no way to prove their fraud or recover my losses other than taking steps to report them and make others aware of their illegal business practices.
They still have not apologized and they will no longer respond to my questions in email.
