There is an online company by the name of Modlily (apparently based in China) that is scamming Americans left and right. Unfortunately I did not research them before ordering clothing. I was promised the item within 3 days. When it didn't arrive I contacted them and was told they had problems getting cloth to make the dress and so I would have to wait indefinitely. I demanded a refund and to date nothing. Upon my research I discovered that many people had similar problems with this company.
I'm particularly disappointed with the role PayPal has played in facilitating the scam. There is sufficient complaints for PayPal to be aware of the company's activity and help protect the US public by refusing to send money to Modlily . Help me recover my money if you can.
With the holidays upon us the Modlily scam and PayPal collusion is in full swing.
