I was never too impressed with the services provided by the Moneris Solutions since I started using its POS system. Still, I persisted with it as my earlier experience with other payment processing systems was not pleasant. The system keeps developing snags during peak business hours (I own a retail store). Last Friday when I called their customer support to seek help regarding a major technical snag, I found it difficult to explain the error to the executive handling my issue. I think the person is not trained for the job. Very poor technical support from these people.
