Caution to any business using Moneris Solutions as a credit card processor.  They do not willingly disclose their 3 year contract length and $2500-$5000 cancellation fee when you sign up with them.  

Important to read the fine print of the contract which is not legible if it is faxed.  In response to why they do not tell their customers of these key terms the response is "you should read the contract".  The entire contract is in fine print.

I have filed complaints witht he BBB, FCAC and trying to file with the CFIB as this is a Canadian based company.  If a classaction suit is started we will gladly join.  

As an ethical business owner we make sure to explain in detail verbally and then in writing what we expect from our patients in terms of their financial obligations.  It seems it would be human decency to have this be a standard in business.
