I signed an agreement with Moneris Solutions the year before last and am cursing myself to this date! They increased the service fee rates suddenly without prior information within months of my having signed up. All I got on contacting the support staff was “we are working on this, will let you know!” I finally decided to terminate my contract with the vendor. Well! Guess what? Been trying to end my contract for the past 2 months! All the customer care staff do is ask ridiculous questions and educate me on stupid termination clauses, which somehow weren’t there in the contract when I signed it!
