Moneris Solutions Moneris Solutions disappoints when it comes to customer service. Toronto Ohio
Moneris promises a $250 refund from the initial $300 activation fee, within 6-8 weeks of the first transaction. This may sound fabulous but in reality is nothing but a bag of trouble. I applied for the service in Nov 2010. I was told that they will generate a code that will finally aid in the refund process. The code came 3 months later and the refund cheque that was finally generated online had the wrong address!
