Monitronics ripoff Dallas Texas
I got stuck with a monitronics contract and when it came time to get out I was told that I did not read the fine print and was actually stuck again. The person then told me he would drop my rate by twenty bucks a month!! The funny thing was, after I repeatedly said no, he tells me that Monitronics has had more cars stolen from it's own video surveyed parking lot than any other alarm company. THAT IS RIGHT...THESE GUYS CAN'T EVEN WATCH THEIR OWN PARKING LOT!!! I called and sure enough..it is public information....the guy on the phone was laughing as he said the employees who had their cars stolen were told by this company that they couldn't help them....
