MONROVIA DESIGNS FRAUDULENT CREDIT CARD CHARGE Internet
I was charged $ 11.89 for "something". I say something because I have not been able to find anyone at Monrovia Designs that will answer the phone. The credit card statment shows a Virginia area code with an AL for Alabama following the phone number. I had to close my credit card account and file a fraud report.
